Submit Prayer Requests

O Lord, God of my salvation,
I have cried out day and night before You.
Let my prayer come before You;
Incline your ear to my cry.

In Psalm 88: 1-2 above  the psalmist continued his prayer and went on to tell of his soul being full of troubles as his life draws near to the grave. He felt like a man with no strength, adrift among the dead whom God remembers no more, and are cut off from His hand.

I think most of us have had feelings like that at one time or another in our life, one need not be close to death to feel like giving up. Yet the Psalmist knows, even in his greatest despair that the saving grace of God is his only help thus his appeal to God to listen.

Maybe you feel like the Psalmist here, that you have hit rock bottom in your life and have no where to turn but to God. Maybe you are just worried about something in your personal life or another member of your family. Lift up your prayers to heaven and ask for God’s help.
